Buying at Auction

Whether Trade or Private you can buy with confidence since we ensure clean title is passed on all vehicles, we use HPI Credit Data Check to ensure this, furthermore every effort is made to ensure our vehicle descriptions and vehicle  origins are accurate  and clear.

We also offer certain vehicles with an ‘End of Sale Trial’ in which case all  ‘Major Mechanical Faults’ are declared at the time of sale, the vehicle is otherwise deemed as being  ‘All Good’. If you purchase a vehicle with an End of Sale Trial you have One hour from the end of the sale to check and test the vehicle under the supervision of our on site Nominated Vehicle Tester. If you find any faults not declared at the time of sale substantiated by the vehicle tester we will cancel the sale and provide a Full refund or negotiate an allowance with the vendor. Please note the Warranty only applies to Engine-Gearbox-Transmission-Clutch-Steering & Brakes and is given by the Vendor. An independant assessor may be called in the event of any dispute.

A deposit of £300.00 or 10% of the sale price (whichever is greater) is required immediately on the fall of the hammer, payable at the rostrum, by cash or debit card along with your full name and address (ID is required). The balance has to be paid in full by 4.00pm the following day unless otherwise agreed with the auctioneers. The balance may be paid by Bank transfer, cash or debit card.
